Literary Collectibles retains final authority over branding, layout, production standards, collection identity, and overall design.

The review deadline is established separately for each project because production schedules may vary.

Design and Registry Creation

Literary Collectibles prepares the design and assigns permanent Registry information.

Once a Registry number has been assigned, it will never be duplicated, reassigned, or used for another project—even if the original project is later cancelled or not produced.

The client provides the approved materials needed for production. Depending on the project, these may include:

  • Story artwork
  • Titles and descriptions
  • Publication information
  • Logos
  • Website links
  • Written permissions

Clients must own or have permission to use all materials they submit.
